Common questions?
Do visitors, staff and students have to sign up for a cashless catering account to purchase items at the till?
No – the Fusion PoS doesn’t require users to have a cashless catering account. Anyone can make a purchase and pay by Chip & Pin, contactless debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash.
Can students pre-order meals without using the app?
Yes – users can pre-order items through the Fusion Online website, using the browser on a desktop, tablet or mobile phone.
Can we use the same till system in other retail locations on-site?
Yes – Fusion’s PoS can be used for non-catering purchases in any location, such as shops or cafes. The advanced reporting functionality enables data to be analysed simultaneously across multiple sales locations and sites.
