The CRB Cunninghams user group took place on the 23rd of May at the Forthbank Performance Centre in Stirling. The event was well-attended and considered an overall success by all involved.

The morning user group session focused on Cashless Catering, covering CRB Cunninghams' support of the Scottish Obesity Campaign and Attainment Challenge. There was news on our latest Impact Fusion release and its implementation into beta test sites, alongside information about our new iDReader release and the UK monetary updates.

The afternoon session centred around Online Payments, which included the latest developments to iPayimpact, how Angus Council created their business case and how West Lothian Council are using iPayimpact in their schools.

The day received a considerable amount of positive feedback from attendees. Some notable feedback included that from Jayne Jones, Commercial Manager of Argyll & Bute, who said, "Well done on hosting such a great day yesterday - it was very informative and generated some excellent discussions".

Another user group attendee, Susan Mein, Administration Assistant at Highland School, stated, "Very enjoyable & informative day. Great venue and food. CRB Cunninghams support staff are always helpful & polite, and problems are always dealt with promptly and efficiently".
