CRB Solutions and Cunningham Cash Registers Join Forces!
Jonas Software has acquired Cunningham Cash Registers, Ltd. (Cunninghams), a leading technology solutions provider to the primary and secondary education markets.
Cunninghams is the largest UK distributor of Cashless Catering products developed by CRB Solutions, also owned by Jonas Software. CRB's and Cunninghams' education divisions combined to form 'CRB Cunninghams Education Solutions''.
The close working relationship between the organisations has existed for more than 20 years. Providing robust systems with great value for money and excellent sales, training, and client service will continue to be the priority.
CRB Cunninghams Education Solutions has become the largest cashless catering provider in the UK. The group will design, build, and maintain industry-leading, reliable, functional cashless catering and payment systems. A key focus will be on providing full-service consultancy, installation, training, exceptional after-sales support and onsite hardware maintenance services.
The group will be the only provider to deliver these products and services under one roof in the UK Education market. "We are incredibly excited to be a part of the Jonas Software group of companies.

CRB Cunninghams are pleased to announce that iPayimpact is available on the online payment section of the Scotland Excel framework, making it easier for the public sector to find suppliers across Scotland.
The Improvement Service was set up in 2005 to help improve the efficiency, quality and accountability of local public services in Scotland by providing advice, consultancy and programme support to councils and their partners.
Scotland Excel is the Centre of Procurement Expertise for the local government sector in Scotland, established in 2008. They work collaboratively with members and suppliers to raise procurement standards, secure the best value for customers, and improve Scotland's public sector procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
Parents and pupils are already benefiting fromiPayimpact. The convenience of paying online for all school funds and setting up recurring payments for Cashless Catering is proving to be a great success!

Retirements
Clive Quinn, Managing Director at Cunningham Cash Registers, has recently retired after an enjoyable and successful 32 years of service. He is looking forward to spending some time with his family and pottering around the garden. We wish him all the best in pastures new.
