Jonas Software has acquired CRB Solutions, a leading cashless catering and payment solutions provider to the UK's Primary and Secondary Education Market.
CRB's secure IMPACT cashless catering products have been deployed in the market since 1993, with over 1 million users in 3000+ schools. IMPACT enhances the catering operation, with each solution designed to meet the particular requirements for a school or local authority.
CRB Solutions design builds and maintains industry-leading, reliable and functional cashless catering and payment systems providing full service from consultancy, installation, training, and launch through to an exceptional after-sales support and maintenance service.
CRB Solutions will continue to operate as they did before. Their distribution relationship with Cunningham Cash Registers, Ltd ("Cunninghams") will remain in full force, with CRB Solutions leveraging the financial support and software expertise of the Jonas Group.
