Set a year as a UFSM year

Universal Free School Meal (UFSM) allowances are allocated to any users that are in an eligible UFSM year. From this screen, you can modify which years are eligible to receive this allowance.

*This section provides information on how to specify which years are eligible for a UFSM allowance. For information on how to update the UFSM allowance value, please see the user types section.

Adding a UFSM year

1. Press the UFSM years button in the top right of the screen.
   
2. Select a year from the dropdown menu and press add year. Repeat as necessary.
   
3. Press Close to complete the process.

Remove a UFSM

1. Press the UFSM years button in the top right of the screen.
   
2. Click on a Year from the list.
3. Click the Remove button.
