Additional fund functions

As well as being used to add value to pay for school meals, iPayimpact can also be used to pay for a variety of other things, for example school uniforms, after school clubs, and school trips.

Using the Shop function

1. Press the Shop button on the right hand side of the screen for the chosen fund.
   
2. Select the product category from the dropdown menu.
   
3. Press the Details button for the item you wish to purchase.

4. Select the option for the item you wish to purchase from the dropdown menu if applicable.
   
5. Enter the Quantity you wish to purchase in the box to the right.
   
6. Press Save Item in Basket.
7. Click the basket item in the top right hand on your screen to view your basket and proceed to checkout.
   

Using the Details function

1. Press the Details button on the right hand side of the screen for the chosen fund.
   
2. A Description of the selected fund will be provided below, and any Related Documents such as permission forms can be downloaded from here.
   
3. If you need to download a document, simply press the Download button for the chosen document.
