Funds > Trip Fund > Accounts

Here you can manage any account that has been invited to a trip. You can manually Accept or Cancel invitations, and add new accounts or groups.

Filtering the List of Accounts

  1. Select a Year group from the Year / Class dropdown option.
  2. If you click Include Cancelled, this will include any accounts that have been marked as cancelled.
  3. Click the Refresh List button to display the selected filter.

Accepting and Cancelling Invites

  1. Press either Accept or Cancel next to the account you wish to select the specific option for.

Adding Accounts to a Trip Fund

  1. Press the Add Account(s) button.
  2. If required, filter the list using the dropdowns and press Refresh List.
  3. Select the accounts you wish to add by clicking on the empty boxes on the left hand side of the screen. If you have filtered by class/year and wish to select all, simply click the box in the top left next to the Name header.
  4. Select how you wish the chosen accounts to be added to the Trip Fund from the dropdown and press Add to Fund.

Adding a Group to a Trip Fund

  1. Press the Add Group(s) button.
  2. Select the group you wish to add to Trip Fund from the dropdown menu and press the Add. If you wish to add multiple groups at once repeat this process.
  3. Select how you wish the chosen group(s) to be added to the Trip Fund from the dropdown menu.
  4. Press the Add Group(s) button.
