Setting a balance threshold

The balance threshold sets a limit as to how much an iPayimpact account can go into arrears. When the account reaches this limit, they will no longer be able to purchase/order school meals.

How to set a balance threshold

1. Select the fund from the list.
2. Press the Threshold button.

To adjust the threshold;

1. Set the ‘Threshold Type’ as ‘Establishment’.
2. Ensure that ‘Enable?’ is selected.

*De-selecting the ‘Enable?’ checkbox will turn off the Balance Threshold feature and accounts will not be stopped from purchasing/ordering school meals.

3. Set the ‘Threshold’ at which the accounts will not be able to go beyond.

*If you want the users to spend beyond £0.00, remember to enter a minus value e.g -10.00

4. Press Save to finalise.
