Various types of documents can be uploaded to a fund to provide information and resources to parents. For example, these documents could take the form of a permission slip for a trip, or the itinerary for a school event.

Adding a document to a fund

  1. Click Add New Document.
  2. Enter a Document Name.
  3. Press Choose file.
  4. Navigate to the file you wish to upload, click to select it and press Open.
  5. Press Save Document.

Amending a document

  1. Click Amend.
  2. Make any required changes.
  3. Press Save Document.

Deleting a document

  1. Click Delete.
  2. A prompt will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. Press OK to continue.
  3. The document will be deleted.
