The fund management section of a fund allows you to manage the relevant costs for that trip against the money coming in by entering Debits and Credits.

Viewing all Credits/Debits

  1. Select the fund from the list.
  2. Press the Fund Management button.

Adding a new Credit/Debit

  1. Select the fund from the list.
  2. Press the Fund Management button.
  3. Press the Credit / Debit button.
  4. Enter a reference for the Credit/Debit.
  5. Enter the Payee/Payer.
  6. Enter a description for the Credit/Debit.
  7. Enter the amount.
  8. Select whether this is a Credit or a Debit using the buttons.
  9. Press Save to complete.
