The fund management section of a fund allows you to manage the relevant costs for that trip against the money coming in by entering Debits and Credits.
Viewing all Credits/Debits
- Select the fund from the list.
- Press the Fund Management button.
Adding a new Credit/Debit
- Select the fund from the list.
- Press the Fund Management button.
- Press the Credit / Debit button.
- Enter a reference for the Credit/Debit.
- Enter the Payee/Payer.
- Enter a description for the Credit/Debit.
- Enter the amount.
- Select whether this is a Credit or a Debit using the buttons.
- Press Save to complete.
