Fund reports

All funds have reports that can be generated. The reports that are available vary depending on the fund.

1. Select the fund from the list.
2. Press the Reports button.
3. To generate a report, simply click on the report name from the list. The available reports are listed in the table below:

   Accounts	Account Purchases	School Shop	View what purchases have been made against an account.
   Balance	Debtors List	School Meals	List all users with a negative balance.
   Balance	Balances	School Meals	List all users with a balance below a specified amount.
   Payment	Balances	Club/Society, Limited Availability, Milk, Preorder School Meals, Trip	List of current account balances for this fund.
   Payment	Bookings	Limited Availability	Shows the total number of bookings per date/time/price band.
   Payment	Bookings Detail	Limited Availability	Displays the purchases made against a given date/time.
   Payment	Fund Arrears	Preorder School Meals	Summary of Accounts in Arrears for the Preorder Meal fund.
   Payment	Fund Expenditure	Charity/Donation, Club/Society, Limited Availability, Misc, Trip	Shows the total amounts that have been credited and debited for this fund.
   Payment	Paid Accounts	Club/Society, Limited Availability, Trip	List of payments processed between dates for this fund.
   Payment	Payments Between Dates	Charity/Donation, Club/Society, Limited Availability, Milk, Misc, Preorder School Meals, Trip	List of payments processed between dates for this fund.
   Payment	Revaluation	School Meals	Payments received in a specified period.
   Trip	Parent Permissions	Trip	List of parent permissions for fund.
   Stock	Stock Summary	School Shop	Current levels of stock for product and product options.
