Group refunds are used when you have to refund all meal preorders due to unforeseen circumstances, for example the school has to close prior to lunchtime due to the weather conditions, or because the kitchen equipment fails and you are unable to serve any meals.

Using this method, the system will credit ONE meal price back to the pupil account for the selected date.

  1. Select the fund from the list.
  2. Press the Group Refund button.
  3. Select a date for the meals to be refunded
  4. Enter a reason for completing the refund
  5. Press Refund
  6. You will be asked to confirm the refund. Enter your password and press Confirm
