Most often, primary schools will use online pre-ordering for their school meals. This method allows the kitchen to only prepare the required number of meals and iPay handles the meal payments.
Using the Meal Preorders section of iPayimpact, staff at the school level can view and edit the preorders that a parent has made online, or that a child has made using the interactive smartboards.
Meal choices can be viewed on a week-by-week basis, one class at a time. Use the dropdown options to choose the required week and class.
After choosing, the specified week and class will be listed along with their meal choices.
To confirm all meal preorders, click the Save button. The reset button will reset any changes made before the save button has been pressed. To clear all the meal preorders after the save button has been pressed you can click the Clear All Meal Choices button.
