Menu Substitutions

Occasionally, you may need to substitute a particular PLU in your menu rotation with another product.

*To make a substitution, you must know the week/day of your menu cycle.

1. Select the fund from the list.
2. Press the Menu Substitutions button.
3. Select your Week Start Date and Menu Category using the drop-down menu and press Select.
   
4. Select the item to be substituted and select an alternative PLU from the drop-down list.
   

*You can also use the PLU dropdown filter to filter the results displayed in the PLU drop-down list. E.g. entering ‘chicken’ and pressing Filter will only display PLU’s that contain ‘chicken’ in their name.

5. Press Save Substitution to complete.
   
6. Repeat the process as required for other substitutions.
