iPayimpact allows for reminder emails to be sent to parents/guardians when their child’s account balance reaches a specified limit.

  1. Select the fund from the list.
  2. Press the Reminder Emails button.
  3. Select the type of accounts to ‘Find’.
  4. Select the ‘Year/Class’ to select.
  5. Enter a ‘Balance’. The search will use the entered amount to find those accounts with a balance below the entered value.
  6. Select the users to send the email to from the list.

7. Press Send Reminders to send the emails.
8. Press OK when prompted to confirm. The emails will now be sent.

See Sent Notifications

To view the emails that have previously been sent, click on the See Sent Notifications button. Clicking on the View button will bring up a list of emails that have been sent for the selected range. From here press the View button next to a chosen email to view its contents.
