The school level sits in the middle of the iPay tree. At this level, all management of that individual school is performed, such as fund and user management. Any reports created at this level will only display information relevant to the individual school.
*The school level varies slightly depending on whether the school is Impact linked or non-Impact linked (online pre-order). Typically a Secondary/High school would be linked to our Impact cashless catering system. This means that a parent/guardian would “Top-up” their child’s account through iPayimpact and the child will spend that credit in school at a physical EPOS till. The non-linked version is often the preferred method for Primary Schools where the parent will also Pre-Order their child’s meal online using the iPayimpact website.
