Supervisory meals

Staff who are entitled to a free meal while performing a lunch duty can be issued a free meal through the iPayimpact system. This free meal status is known as Supervisor Eligibility.

How to issue Supervisory meals

1. Select the fund from the list.
2. Press the Supervisor button.
3. Select the week to issue Supervisory meals for using the drop-down list and press Select.
   
4. Select the relevant days that the staff members are entitled to a free meal on.
5. Press Save to complete. These staff members will not be charged for meals on these days.
   

*Pressing the reset button will undo the changes that you have made.
