CRB Cunninghams are delighted to announce the following contract awards for iPayimpact. iPayimpact is our online payment system for meals and other school purchases.
North Lanarkshire Council
The Scotland Excel framework awarded CRB Cunninghams the contract for iPayimpact online payments. A total of 157 schools will benefit from reducing cash handling and management for meals and all other school offerings. Implementation processes are underway, and at least 50% of the schools will be using iPayimpact by 2016.
Alongside this contract, a further 60+ primary schools will be implementing the Impact cashless catering solution in September 2015 to have most of these schools completed by the end of the 2016 academic year.
North Lanarkshire will become the most significant single authority in the UK to go cashless in the UK using both Impact and iPayimpact across all of their schools and making the most of Centralised Reporting and Centralised Menu Price and Layout Control.
West Lothian Council
The Scotland Excel framework awarded the contract to CRB Cunninghams to implement iPayimpact online payments for all 77 schools. Implementation will begin in September and October 2015 and be completed by April 2016.
West Lothian Council will use the non-meal elements of the systems from the outset on a cluster school basis, allowing parents who have children in both Primary and Secondary education to manage their school transactions under one account.
Aberdeenshire Council
The Scotland Excel framework awarded CRB Cunninghams the contract for iPayimpact online payments, integrated with the Council's Civica gateway in 170 of its schools. We aim to have 17 Academies going live when the schools return at the end of August.
We aim to have 17 Academies going live when the schools return at the end of August. Parents will pay for school meals immediately, with other curricular offerings available by December 2015. All primary schools will be using the online smartboard classroom pre-ordering solution to ensure that the pupils get the meal of their choice daily.
